Our bridge loans provide financing for the purchase and rehab and our DSCR program offers great 30-year terms when refinancing a newly renovated property into a passive income-producing rental property.

Generally, yes. However, approval of an extension is considered with a few factors including but not limited to, on-time payment history, project status, etc.

No. At JCREIG Capital Funding, we don’t levy any penalties for early payments or for settling the loan before its due date.

We can look at exceptions down to 620 with compensating factors such as experience and additional guarantors.

Disbursements are made after the completion of the work. An assigned inspector will evaluate the property, and upon their approval, the agreed-upon amount will be disbursed.
